Philips has investigated this complaint.According to the additional information collected, the issue occurred during the procedure.The procedure was completed by moving the c-arm manually.The field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed the reported problem.A review of the system logfiles found a geometry post failed error.Upon troubleshooting actions, fse identified that the potentiometer of the beam propeller was the cause of the reported issue.Fse adjusted the potentiometer, geometry positions, and current adjustment.After repairs, the system was returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.
