Event Description
|
It was reported that extension would not pass configuration test or function properly at the time of attempted implant.Circumstances to event were unknown.The healthcare provider (hcp) tested stimulation through lead/extension, configuration test, extension test cable.The defective extension was removed at stage 2 and replaced with new extension.The issue was resolved.No symptoms reported.
