Event Description
It was reported that that this device recorded non-sustained ventricular tachycardia episodes, which show conducted atrial fibrillation with significant undersensing on the non-boston scientific right atrial lead.The presenting electrogram shows that the device is operating as programmed and that the lead measurements are stable.This device remains implanted and in service.No adverse patient effects were reported.
