It was reported that a patient presented remotely via merlin.Net.Review of the transmission revealed inappropriate therapy due to incorrect interpretation of signal and oversensing on the discrimination channel on the implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd).No programming changes or interventions were performed; the device will continue to be monitored.The patient's medication was adjusted.The patient condition was stable.
