Event Description
It was reported that the right atrial (ra) lead exhibited oversensing resulting in a false detection of atrial tachycardia/atrial fibrillation (at/af) episodes.It was determined that the ra lead and the left ventricular (lv) lead had dislodged.The ra lead and lv lead were explanted.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
