Philips received a complaint on the xl+ device indicating that there was a charge fault.There was no patient involvement.The fse evaluated the device on site.The error message of charge fault was observed.The fse plugged and unplugged the battery, restarted the device and ran the self-test and all checks passed.Although the issue could not be replicated, this will be documented as a malfunction that occurred at the time of the reported event, the cause of which was not determined.The device remains at the customer site and no further evaluation is warranted at this time.Based on the information available and the testing conducted, the cause of the reported problem was not confirmed, could not duplicate reported issue.
