Event Description
|
As reported, during a flexible ureteral lithotripsy procedure, the ngage nitinol stone extractor was unable to be opened when the handle was manipulated.The procedure was complete with another same-like device.A section of the device did not remain inside the patient¿s body.The patient did not require any additional intervention and did not experience any adverse effects due to this occurrence.
