Event Description
It was reported that the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) feature that monitors the pacing amplitudes threshold and adjust the right ventricle outputs exhibited a suspected failure.It was noted that as a result of the failure, the patient only had left ventricular (lv) lead pacing and no bi-ventricular (bi-v) pacing for a long time.The device was explanted and replaced.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
