Event Description
It was reported that manufacturer representative (rep) was setting up for a case today and attempted to prep the wireless recharger.They plugged into the wall and set the recharger on the dock but there were no lights.The rep removed and placed it back on the dock, but there were no lights.The rep then attempted to turn on the wr, but there was response.The rep used a second wr which worked fine.
