Event Description
Device report from synthes reports an event in colombia as follows: it was reported on march 6, 2024, that the pin fractured in the process while in use.There was no surgical delay.The surgery was successfully completed.Fragment is extracted, marked, and sent.Patient status and outcome were reported as surgery was finished, which was effective.This report is for one (1) compr wire ã¸1.6 l150/15 this is report 1 of 1 for complaint (b)(4).
