The customer stated they would contact their biomedical engineering department to further troubleshoot the unit.The technical support representative made numerous attempts to gather additional information on the customers evaluation, however, the attempts were unsuccessful.At this time the cause of failure could not be determined.Should additional information become available, a supplemental report will be submitted in accordance with 21 cfr 803.56.

The customer contacted spacelabs technical support to report that while monitoring patients, one of the displays on the xhibit central station became nonfunctional, which prevented the clinican from monitoring patients assocated to that display.There was no patient or user harm associated with this event.
