Event Description
It was reported that a patient underwent an atrial fibrillation (afib) ablation procedure with an gen rf generator, us configuration and the foot pedal became stuck.It was reported that the ngen foot pedal seemed to be sticking and was not coming on and off ablation as it should.The procedure continued using manual ablation.The pedal got stuck but it would ablate at time.
