Event Description
|
Information received by medtronic stated that the customer encountered a blank display on their insulin pump.Troubleshooting was performed, and it was noted that the insulin pump was exposed to moisture, which led to the event.Additionally, the keypad is unresponsive.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The customer will discontinue the use of the device.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
