It was reported to medtronic minimed that the customer reported leak on the reservoir's snap cap, septum, and on o-rings while reservoir fill from vial.The customer reported no adverse event.The event involved product(s) mmt- 332a.Troubleshooting was partially performed and customer also reported crack or splits on the barrel.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.It was unknown whether the customer will discontinue the use of the mmt-332a.Mmt-332a will not be returned.
