Event Description

It was reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead exhibited high pace/sense impedance, a high sensing integrity counter (sic) value and noise was detected.An x-ray was performed, and the rv lead had a fracture.The lead remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
