It was reported that, this subcutaneous implantable cardioverter defibrillator (s-icd) delivered an inappropriate shock due to low r wave and t wave and myopotentials oversensing.The patient was seeing in the clinic and noted the shock was received getting out of the bath.An auto setup was performed, and the device chose primary sensing vector.The field representative stressed out primary with manoeuvres and the highly noisy captured in the secg was the patient doing pushups.X rays were performed, and the system seemed higher.This s-icd remains in service.No adverse patient effects were reported.
