|
Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).The reason for call was caller stated that their implant has been giving them trouble for the past year.Caller stated that in july of this year they had to have an mri and had to charge the implant, but it took a long time to get the implant charged.Caller added that now they need another mri and are seeing the eos code.Caller then noted that they had an appointment with a representative about 1.5-2 years ago and the representative reset the implant which the patient was able to use for a while, but the first time they needed to charge it went crazy again.Caller stated when they first got this device it was the best thing for 8 years or so, but in the last year it went crazy.Agent reviewed mri compatibility and eos message.Caller was frustrated with information and said they would never call this number again or contact this company.Agent attempted to review options with caller and redirect to their doctor, but caller was upset and ended the call.Agent was unable to ask further information due to outcome of call.No symptoms were reported.
