Event Description
It was reported that post-operative the patient experienced severe symptomatic bradycardia after returning from x-ray.Left arm movement restrictions were noted prior to going to x-ray. it was reported that the patient was in third degree heart block with the pacer not pacing.External pacing was initiated.It was reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead had dislodged and was suspected to be defective.The rv lead was explanted.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
