On an unknown date, a patient in germany underwent a procedure for the placement of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (peg) tube with jejunal (peg-j) tube.On an unknown date, the patient was hospitalized due to gastroenterological problem.It was reported that the patient experienced bleeding in the gi tract, not in the vicinity of the tubing, and no allegation was provided against the tubing.In addition, the patient experienced stoma site erythema, and an infected granuloma.A stoma site swab was performed with unknown results, and the patient was treated with unknown iv antibiotics for the stoma site.The patient's tubing remained implanted.On (b)(6) 2024, the patient was discharged from the hospital.
