It was reported that the day after implant the right ventricular (rv) lead had high thresholds.The lead was explanted and replaced.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

It was further reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead that was explanted and replaced had varying capture thresholds, and that the implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd) had pauses in telemetry.The icd remains in use.
