Event Description
Information was received from a patient regarding an external device.The reason for call was patient reported their controller was not working and the issue began 2 days ago.Patient stated they could not get the controller to turn on or charge.Patient attempted to plug the controller into the ac power supply without the battery pack and the controller did not power on.Patient tried aa batteries in the controller battery compartment but the controller still did not turn on.The issue was not resolved.An email was sent to the repair department to replace the controller.
