It was reported to medtronic minimed that the customer experienced a lost sensor alarm, change sensor/bad sensor, no communication between the insulin pump and transmitter.The customer reported no adverse event.The event involved product(s) mmt-7040a, unk_transmitter, mmt-1884.The customer reported a loss of communication between the transmitter and the pump.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.No product return was required for mmt-7040a.No product return was required for unk_transmitter.No product return was required for mmt-1884.It was unknown whether customer will continue to use the device.
