Event Description

According to the reporter, during a laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedure, at the time of vascular dissection, it was noted that there were no problems with the clip, but there was a feeling that the clip seemed to float when loaded.Once loaded, there were no problems with clipping.The same clip applier was used in order to complete the case.There was no patient injury.
