It was reported that this lead was an attempted implant into the left bundle branch, but it presented lack of capture, so it was removed but the helix unable to be retracted.It was noted that the lead was stuck into the septum.Once it was successfully removed from the patient's body, the helix was examined, and the helix was straightened out.A new lead was implanted instead in an acceptable area within the left bundle branch.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.The device has been received and is pending analysis.
