Event Description
It was reported that the patient had an inappropriate shock due to oversensing of myopotential noise.This occurred approximately two weeks post implant.The smart pass feature had programmed itself off due to low intrinsic amplitudes.The sensing vector has now been programmed from the primary vector to the secondary sensing vector.The smart pass feature is now back on.Technical services discussed some additional programming options.There were no additional adverse patient effects.The system remains implanted.
