Event Description
It was reported that there was decreased impedance measurements on the right atrial (ra) lead.During a device changeout, the ra lead was explanted, and could not be replaced due to vessel occlusion.In addition, it was noted that the previously inactivated left ventricular (lv) lead was found to be non-functional.The lv lead remains implanted.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
