Event Description
During an in-clinic follow-up, a loss of capture was observed on the left ventricular (lv) lead.During the replacement surgery, lv lead dislodgement was confirmed as the cause of the event.While repositioning the lv lead, it was not possible to advance the stylet.The lead was explanted and replaced to resolve the event.The patient was stable with no consequences.
