Event Description
The physician reported that, upon interrogating a patient¿s vns device, the patient was having spontaneous magnet activated discharges six times on the hour, every hour.Further follow-up revealed that while seeing the patient (b)(6) 2013, the physician observed the device was recording magnet activations while no magnet was being swiped.There was nothing magnetic in the room at the time, and the patient did not have a magnet with her.Attempts to obtain additional information are underway, but no additional information has been received to date.
