An implant card was received providing the vns patient¿s product information.Review of the available programming and diagnostic history showed normal diagnostic results through (b)(6) 2012.

Event Description
It was reported that the vns patient was experiencing an increase in seizures.The patient has myoclonic jerking and is known to over report.Attempts for additional relevant information have been unsuccessful to date.
