Event Description
It was reported the pt received a low battery message when using the programmer.In turn, the low battery flag was cleared by an sjm representative.An impedance check was performed and low to normal impedance was found.Over time the low battery message reappeared.As a result, the pt's ipg was explanted and replaced.
