Customer reported that instrument displayed ".? (question mark)" for electrolytes when patient sample run on it.There was no report of serious injury due to this event.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
As per urgent field safety notice 31512 rev a., this serial number cartridge was identified as one of that could exhibit this error.The customer should replace the measurement cartridge with a serial number after the cut off specified in the ufsn.
