Event Description
The customer reported a loud noise coming from the tube and then the monitor went black.The customer was able to reboot the system and continue working.This is a description of a system lock up.There is no report of death or serious injury associated with the complaint.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
A ge service representative performed an on site investigation.The reported issue could not be duplicated.Onsite investigation revealed that no cause could be determined.The system was tested and found to be working as intended and put back into service.
