Event Description
It was reported that during deployment of the vascular stent in the sfa, resistance was felt and the inner wire of the delivery sys broke.The sys was removed and another stent was implanted to complete the procedure.No pt injury was reported, upon sample investigation, the stent was found to be completely loaded in the sys and inner components were found to be broken.
