Event Description
It was reported at the patient¿s initial implant the suture ripped through the anchor.The healthcare provider (hcp) voiced his dislike for both the anchor for the ascenda and the pump segment length.It was noted the hcp felt the anchor was a poor design and the wings were weak.It was also stated the pump segment was much too long.No further information was provided.If additional information is received, a follow-up report will be sent.
