Medtronic received information that during the implant of this transcatheter bioprosthetic valve, the valve dislodged into the sinuses. It was reported the dislodgement was due to large patient anatomy with large vessels and the presence of a previously implanted non-medtronic surgical valve. This dislodged valve was snared to just above the sinotubular junction.A second valve was implanted successfully. No adverse patient effects were reported.
