Event Description
It was reported that during a surgical procedure at the user facility, the device was spitting metal shavings.When the metal shavings were noticed by the customer, the debris was washed it off the skin and irrigated the surgical site.The procedure was completed successfully with no delay, no medical intervention, and no adverse consequences reported.
