It was reported that the patient's spectra malleable penile prosthesis was not palpable: "patient complained that he could not feel the implant.A ct scan was done and showed no implant." "the doctor thinks the patient may have had an erosion.The patient's "memory is poor and he didn't remember passing any material.The wound is completely healed up." at this time, the patient is not scheduled for another surgery.No further patient complications were reported in relation with this event.
