Event Description
The reporter indicated the surgeon implanted a 13.2mm vticmo13.2, -13.00/+3.0/x086 diopter implantable collamer lens in the patient's right eye (od) on (b)(6) 2015.On (b)(6) 2015 a refractive surprise was noted.The lens remains implanted.A supplemental medwatch will be submitted then additional information is available.
