It was reported that the patient underwent spinal fusion at l2-3 wherein rhbmp-2/acs was placed in the posterior elements outside a cage from a posterior approach.Post-op the patient experienced continued low back pain with radiculopathy into his lower extremities, gastrointestinal problems, and urinary issues.The patient continued to experience chronic low back pain, with radiculopathy in his lower extremities.He suffered from pain in his bladder and groin, urinary retention, and foot drop in both feet.He had recently been diagnosed with retrograde ejaculation.He experienced difficulty walking and requires a cane to assist in ambulation.
