Event Description
The hospital reported that, during a case, the vaporizer went into a 'no output' alarm, and the patient started to move.There was no reported patient injury.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
The unit was returned to the manufacturing site for investigation.The output was tested and found to be within manufacturer¿s specifications.The level switch and level sensor were replaced to resolve the ¿no output¿ and ¿low agent¿ alarm conditions.
