A customer reported that following an intraocular lens (iol) implant procedure, the surgeon was planning an iol exchange due to the patient experiencing blurry vision, could not see street signs and the eyes did not feel balanced.The clinical reason was documented as blurred vision, anisometropia; imbalance between eyes.The patient decided not to have the iol exchanged as planned.Additional information was received confirming that the iol was later exchanged due to the patient "can't see to read, eye fatigue, headaches" and the clinical reason was documented as fatigue when reading; can't wear contact lens for extended periods; anisometropia.Additional information has been requested.
