Event Description
Provider states the compressor is loud / sieve contaminated, wire ties used to secure beds, sieve beds blown, muffler contaminated, pilot valve leaks, o-ring causes leaks, power switch has no alarms, wire ties loose and used to repair leaks.

Additional/updated information was added to reflect the device being returned to the manufacturer for evaluation.The result of the evaluation was that the compressor was dirty/stained, which confirmed part of the original complaint issue.However, the underlying cause could not be determined.The rest of the parts mentioned in the complaint issue were not returned so their issues could not be confirmed.The following fields were updated accordingly.
