Philips investigated this complaint and came to the following conclusion: the hemodynamic personal computer was defect, as a result of a power blackout test performed by the customer the previous day.This system was connected to the flexvision of the allura system, resulting in no visible hemodynamic data on the flexvision monitor.The hemodynamic system itself also carry its own monitor for hemodynamic information.This pc was replaced by the field service engineer.The live image on the flexvision was still available.No patient harm was reported due to this issue.(b)(4).
