Event Description
The following description of the event was documented by a carefusion tech support specialist in a response to a phone conversation with a user facility representative on (b)(6) 2014.The customer reported that while on a patient, the map suddenly dropped and the driver stopped.Although they were able to re-pressurize and restart the driver, the rts didn't feel comfortable using the vent so they requested a full "check out.".
