Event Description
It was reported that the patient had his spectra concealable penile prosthesis replaced with an inflatable penile prosthesis due to patient dissatisfaction and perineal pain.Additionally, "left to right proximal crossover was noted after explant of spectra cylinders.Left proximal corporal body had never been dilated", which the physician "felt would have caused the perineal pain".No further patient complications were reported in relation with this event.
