Event Description
During a prophylactic generator replacement, the patient's generator was interrogated prior to surgery and high impedance was observed with dcdc 7.A full revision was performed on (b)(6) 2016 and normal impedance of 1377 ohms was received with the new lead and generator.The old lead was reported to be visibly frayed and completely degraded.The explanted products were kept by the hospital and will not be returned to the manufacturer.
