A customer reported the gantry moving down after the laser system is powered off.

Manufacturer Narrative
A company representative visited the site and tightened the tension screws on the gantry¿s brake/motor assembly to correct the issue. As the gantry assembly is a supplier provided part, a non-conforming investigation (nci) was opened to document the supplier investigation of unintended gantry movement in the downward direction. Thus, why the screws required tightening could not be determined at this time.A review of the manufacturing records did not reveal any related nonconformity during manufacturing for this system. The product met specifications at the time of release. The root cause of the reported event can be attributed to the tension screws on the gantry assembly.(b)(4).
