Event Description
It was reported that the physician assistant was having a problem interrogating a patient because of the tablet usb serial cable being loose.The 9 volt battery in the wand was replaced and so the wand was ruled out as he cause of the issue.A replacement usb cable was provided as a result.Additional information was received that the issue resolved with the new usb cable.The suspect tablet usb serial cable has not been received to date.
