Event Description
Philips received a complaint from the customer in which they stated that the hospital experienced a power failure of the hospital power network during a procedure.Then the user tried to restart the system but forgot to start the generator, this caused a delay of 10 minutes in the treatment and the patient suffered a heart attack.The patient survived.
