Event Description
A report was received that the patient was having painful stimulation and intermittent stimulation.It was noted that the patient had fall on his ipg which was not device related.Database analysis showed no anomalies.The patient underwent a revision procedure wherein the ipg was replaced.The doctor was not sure if there was device malfunction but thought it may be a possibility.The patient was doing well postoperatively.
